Middle School Concessions
Calling all HBRMS Families and Supporters!
We are in need of Adult Volunteers to run the Concession Stand during the soccer, volleyball, boys basketball, and girls basketball home games this Fall/Winter.
Sign up with your Middle School student and they will earn Community Service hours for the hours they work with you.
Middle School Concessions is a great opportunity to contribute to the support of the HBRMS sports program and HBR PTO. Profits go directly back to HBR schools!
Clean-up will begin after half time of last game of the day.

Volunteer to help! We are in need of Donations and Volunteers!!
HBR Elementary School Staff Dinner
Thursday, October 26th, the PTO is hosting dinner for the teachers during the parent/teacher conferences. We need your help providing a Taco Bar for 25-30 people. Please have your items at the school by 3:30, and ready to serve by 4:00.
HBR Middle School Staff Dinner
Thursday, October 26th, the PTO is hosting dinner for the teachers during the parent/teacher conferences. We need your help providing a Taco Bar for 15-20 people.
Donuts with Grown-Ups
Volunteer to help set up, distribute donuts, and clean up each morning.
Students are invited to bring a special adult to this event!
We are requesting students attend as follows, if possible:
A-H: October 23
I-O: October 24
P-Z: October 25
HBR ES Fall Book Fair “Camp Out with a Book”
Help out at our Fall Book Fair! Volunteers needed for day time and during the evening of October 19 during Not So Spooky STEAM Night!
Art in the Classroom
Volunteering will consist of giving a short presentation of a specific artist followed by a simple art project in the style of the featured artist. All supplies, basic lesson plans & examples of the artwork will be provided for you. This is a truly fun and rewarding opportunity for our families to get a chance to step into the classrom with their children!

It's Concessions time! Please sign up for shifts now to guarantee concessions during this year's games! We can't do Concessions without YOU!! Students are able to Sign-up in the Middle School Office for Community Service hours.
